Do the prices include all taxes?
No, the city tax due to the Municipality of Rome is not included. The tax is 6 Euros per person per day, excluding children up to 10 years of age. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.

Is the price per person or per room?
The price is always per room. However, it is important to carefully choose the correct type of room required.

Breakfast is included in the price?
Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 in our kitchen.
Hot drinks (tea, cappuccino, coffee), sweet croissants, bread, jams, honey, daily cakes, cereals, fruit juices, yogurt and also a selection of savory stuffed sandwiches.
Gluten-free products are available upon request.

What time can I have the room and what time do I have to leave it?
Check-in can be carried out from 12.00 to 21.00. Any advance or postponement of time can be agreed with the structure. According to Italian laws, customers must provide a valid identity document, such as a passport or identity card, at check-in. Check out must be carried out by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

At what point will I have to make the payment?
Payment is made at check-in.

Can I pay by credit card?
Yes. The credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard.

Do the bathrooms have a bathtub, shower or both?
The bathrooms are equipped with a shower.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?
No, but each guest also receives the key to the front door at check-in, so they can move around as they please. This is why it is important to tell us your expected arrival time, including, if applicable, flight or train details, as well as a mobile number. At check-in you will then be given our emergency number, active 24 hours a day, to contact us in case of need outside the hours in which the reception is open.

What languages ​​are spoken at reception?
Italian, English and French.

B&B Circus Maximus is located on the first floor of the building (with elevator).

Is room service available? If yes, at what times?
Room service is available on request from 8:00 to 10:00.

Do children stay for free?
Yes, children up to 3 years of age stay for free.

Is it possible to have a cot/cot in the room? If yes, at what price?
Yes, for a surcharge of 20 euros per day.

Is there a surcharge for air conditioning? Is it available all year round or seasonal?
Air conditioning is included in the prices and available all year round.

No but there are some available nearby.

Street parking costs 4 euros for 8 hours of parking.

What is the closest airport?
The structure is approximately 16 km from Ciampino airport (CIA) and approximately 24 km from Fiumicino airport (FCO).

How far away is the nearest public transport?
The metro (Circo Massimo stop) is located at a distance of approximately 50 metres.
