\nNo, the city tax due to the Municipality of Rome is not included. The tax is 6 Euros per person per day, excluding children up to 10 years of age. The tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.<\/p>\n

Is the price per person or per room?<\/strong>
\nThe price is always per room. However, it is important to carefully choose the correct type of room required.<\/p>\n

Breakfast is included in the price?<\/strong>
\nBreakfast is served from 8 to 10 in our kitchen.
\nHot drinks (tea, cappuccino, coffee), sweet croissants, bread, jams, honey, daily cakes, cereals, fruit juices, yogurt and also a selection of savory stuffed sandwiches.
\nGluten-free products are available upon request.<\/p>\n

What time can I have the room and what time do I have to leave it?<\/strong>
\nCheck-in can be carried out from 12.00 to 21.00. Any advance or postponement of time can be agreed with the structure. According to Italian laws, customers must provide a valid identity document, such as a passport or identity card, at check-in. Check out must be carried out by 10.00 am on the day of departure.<\/p>\n

At what point will I have to make the payment?<\/strong>
\nPayment is made at check-in.<\/p>\n

Can I pay by credit card?<\/strong>
\nYes. The credit cards accepted are Visa and MasterCard.<\/p>\n

Do the bathrooms have a bathtub, shower or both?<\/strong>
\nThe bathrooms are equipped with a shower.<\/p>\n

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?<\/strong>
\nNo, but each guest also receives the key to the front door at check-in, so they can move around as they please. This is why it is important to tell us your expected arrival time, including, if applicable, flight or train details, as well as a mobile number. At check-in you will then be given our emergency number, active 24 hours a day, to contact us in case of need outside the hours in which the reception is open.<\/p>\n
